제 글을 생각보다 너무 많은 분들이 읽어주시고 또 댓글달아주셔서 놀랐습니다. 

긴 내용임에도 불구하고 꼼꼼히 읽어주신 후 좋은 조언들 해주셔서 너무 감사드립니다. 

급하게 써서 올리느라 부족했던 부분이 있고

또 너무 구구절절 길어질 것 같아서 올릴까 말까 고민도 하다가.. 

추가글로 써야 댓글써주신 분들께서 다시 봐주시고 감사를 전할 수 있을 것 같아 추가글 남겨봅니다.

 

우선 카톡 편집본을 올린 이유는 심각하게 비정상적인 카톡을 마구잡이로 받기도 했고, 

카톡 읽기 전에 미리보기가 가능한 어플로 확인했던 내용이라 심각한 부분만 추려서 올린거였습니다.

당시 어머니는 반환해주지 않으면 소송 후 경매하겠다고 고지 후,

상대방에게 아무런 답장도 하지 않은 상태여서 양측의 대화가 아닌 일방적인 카톡이었어요.

 

그래도 혹시나 하시는 분들이 계실 것 같아 첨부해보겠습니다.

 

1) 만기일 되기 전 반환요청했던 문자 

 

 

 

 전세금반환 요청시마다 협박죄로 고소하겠다는 내용뿐이었습니다.

  

 

  

아니면 수리하지 않으면반환할 수 없다는 내용이거나요.

  

참고로 어머니가 부동산 전화를 한 번 못받은 적이 있는데 

그때 아기를 봐주시느라 전화를 못받은건 사실입니다.

 

이후로 어머니가 전화를 못받을 경우를 대비해 제 번호도 집주인에게 알려줬었구요.

그래서 이전 글에서서 말씀드렸듯이

저희 어머니가 현재 연락을 받지않으니 딸인 저에게까지 전화를 한단 거였습니다.

그게 아니면 임대인이 제 번호까지 알 일은 없었을테니까요..

 

아무튼 한 번 전화 안받은것을 핑계로 여태까지 집이 안나간거라는 주장을 지금도 계속 해오고있습니다.

 

 

   

집주인이 계속 요구하는 하자수리는 입주당시부터 문제가 있었던 부분으로

 혹시나 해서 다시 찾아보니 다행히 입주전 찍어놓은 사진에서 확인이 되었습니다.

  

2) 미리보기 어플 사용하여 확인한 카톡

 미리보기 어플이라 그런지 실제 카톡과 순서는 뒤죽박죽이더군요. 이 점은 저도 몰랐습니다.

카톡에는 전혀 답하지 않았고 혼자서 일방적으로 보내온 내용입니다.

  

이자 12%를 언급하는 이유는, 원래는 임차권등기 설정후 바로 소송을 진행하려 했었고, 

소송을 하겠다고 고지를 했었는데, 착해진 주인 태도에 소송하지 않고 보류하고 있었습니다. 

12%는 소송을 진행해야 받을 수 있는 이자여서 그냥 그때 바로 소송 진행할걸 하고 후회하는 부분입니다.

 

또 말이 길어졌네요..ㅠㅠ

 

아무튼 여러분들의 많은 조언들 듣고 변호사분과 소송하기로 했습니다.

이후에도 길가다 죽을수있으니 조심하라는 등의 협박성 카톡을 보내와서 

오늘은 경찰서에 다녀오려고 합니다.

무섭긴 하지만 긴 싸움을 해야할 것 같네요..
